The Ulster County Board of Elections operates in a fair, bipartisan fashion. All work is done and every decision is made by a bipartisan team. This is New York State law.

Our Election Procedures and Policies are clearly explained on our website and through our mailings. Members of the Public, Candidates and Campaign Volunteers can serve as Poll Watchers, attend hearings and observe hand-counts and re-counts.
